Retouch of the Upper Right Vertical Line

1L98 ~ "From top to bottom, the upper right and lower right frame junction lines and the vertical line of the right numeral box also retouched; with marks in OSTAGE"

Note: Marler had 9 used examples. I could only see the two small dots in the UR of "O" as constant...(wgb)
