Please take a moment to understand what this site is trying to do and how you might best use it.

Best viewed with as large a Browser Window as possible

The site is designed to be most useful with a larger monitor.

Marler's 1982 era images are often 'less than satisfactory' for identification purposes, but his descriptions are wonderful. I hope you will find the blend of his text with 2020 era imaging to be helpful with the identificaiton of your Admiral constant plate varieties.

Each stamp image should be to the left; when you click your cursor over the image, you should see a magnified portion of the image to the right.

On the various Menu or "Grid" pages, the darker green links will direct you to pages with detailed stamp scans

If the link is Light Green, you will be directed to a "Place Holder" page which has information from Marler, but no confirmed scanned image (as yet!).

There is a site wide feature which allow visitors to upload images for missing positions. This feature seems to work nicely and will allow visitors to help improve the site. PLEASE indicate the three letters e.g. WGB, you would like to see below your scan as photo credit.

This is clearly a "Work in Progress". Please be patient.

NOTE: A 'Q' next to the position number indicates a lesser degree of 'certainty' about the identification of the plate position.

Comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
